Once again it’s been quite a while since I’ve posted any kind of blog update. Immediately following the holidays I received news that there were some major life changes happening in my professional life offline. Now that all the dust has settled and I’m moving forward and beginning a new career with a fabulous new company, I can begin to once again concentrate on writing and finishing up my current works in progress.
You may (or may not) have noticed that Never Say Die is no longer available for purchase, this is because the book has been picked up by Permuted Press and will be rereleased as an ebook by them later this year and in paperback format in early 2018. Exciting, right??
In other news, my friend and fellow author, Stephen Kozeniewski, and I have cowritten a book and if I may say so myself, it’s pretty damn amazing. It is being published by Sinister Grin and will also be released later this year.
The name of this particular book is Slashvivor, the story of an alternate universe in which the world has been plunged into chaos after nuclear bombs are detonated. Years later, North America has been reduced to a place called the Geiger Lands and game show meets live action slasher film in this cat and mouse reality tv show. Join Dawn, our protagonist, in the fight for her life as she competes in the beloved show “Try Not To Die” while also attempting to bring the people responsible for the slaughterhouse show to their knees.
I’m excited about this novel because it’s a great political satire mixed with gory fun and pays homage to the horror legends we have grown to love over the years. More details on Slashvivor will be rolled out as I receive them.
I’ve got some new horror movie reviews from HMS to post up as well, so make sure and check those out and if you haven’t already, sign up for my mailing list to stay up to date with all things me and books and stuff… yeah I’m not very good at this whole blog thing, but you all know that.
Keep it creepy, folks.
