Greetings!
I know what you’re thinking… what the hell is this? A blog post? From Stevie?
Yeah, well, if you know me you’ll know that I’m the world’s worst blogger… so let’s just be excited about this, shall we? đ
I am pleased to announce that in just over a month you’ll be able to get your hands on my latest book, Never Say Die: Stories of The Zombie Apocalypse.
Never Say Die is a collection of short stories that I’ve written that explores the bonds that often cannot be broken no matter the circumstances. Relationships are an important part of life, whether that be the relationship between a mother and child, between lovers, estranged partners, or even siblings. I wanted to explore different relationships and how they’re tested in different end of the world scenarios… and of course I had to involve zombies, because why not?
Within Never Say Die you will experience the stories of:
Rosie: A little girl has been given a vaccine to protect her from the impending zombie apocalypse. Rosie and her mom must find a way to safely escape their home and make it to the evacuation zone alive; the human race may depend on it.
Gordon and Elena:Â The morning of an estranged couple’s divorce is about to get a lot more stressful. Will the two be able to set their differences aside before their journey’s end?
Jack:Â Years after the zombie outbreak decimates the population, Jack’s sister is mysteriously taken. Will he be able to find his sister, or better yet, once he finds her will he be able to come terms with what she has become?
Nina: An agoraphobic woman panics as the zombie apocalypse disrupts her internet connection, cutting off her only access to the outside world and threatening her long distance relationship with her girlfriend, Julia.
Patient 63:Â After a terrorist attack, civilization crumbles when a lab-created virus infects over half the worldâs population.
Dr. Henrick Kennedy has found the vaccine in his sixty-third patient, a former infected. But his intentions are anything but good.
Graham, a lonely janitor, has fallen in love with the imprisoned Patient 63. But is love enough to save the world, or will love be the means to its end all over again? (Previously released in At Hell’s Gates, Volume 2: Origins of Evil)
I’m excited to be releasing something new after All Good Things came out in 2015. And I’m happy to have worked with the very talented Christian Bentulan again for my cover art. He has once more done a wonderful job that I am happy to slap on my work.
Keep your eyes peeled for more information on Never Say Die and make sure you spread the word!
Keep it creepy-
-Stevie
